By creating an account or using any part of Natal Twins, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Natal Twins matches strangers for one-on-one chat, so this limit is not optional.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide — your chart, dashas, and matches are only as correct as the date, time, and place you enter.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Accounts created to impersonate someone else or to evade a block/ban may be removed.

3. Acceptable use

When chatting with matches, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited sexual content to another user.
Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your birth details to manipulate matching.
Use the service to collect other users' personal information for purposes outside the app.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the chart-calculation or matching systems.

You can block and report another user at any time from the chat screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Astrology is not professional advice

Natal Twins provides Vedic astrology calculations — birth charts, dashas, yogas, Ashtakoot Guna Milan compatibility scoring, and related outputs — for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural interest. These are traditional astrological methods, not scientific fact, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice, or the counsel of a qualified astrologer. Decisions about marriage, health, finances, or major life events should not be made on the basis of this app alone.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages you send and any birth data you enter. By using the service you allow us to process that data as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you and your matches.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Natal Twins is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any match, chart calculation, or compatibility score will be accurate for your purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on astrological content or interactions with other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
